Sheet Metal Fabrication

Bespoke assemblies

Full bespoke fabrication — cutting, forming and shaping into complex hollow assemblies, enclosures, brackets and structural work.

Overview

Sheet-metal fabrication covers the bending and shaping of sheet metal into all kinds of sections and complex hollow shapes. The equipment ranges from simple hand tools through to power-operated automatic machinery — and it's where cutting, forming and joining come together into a finished assembly, built to print with jigs and fixtures that keep every unit square and consistent.

Because the whole job stays under one roof, fit-up issues get caught and fixed on the floor, not discovered after parts ship from three different suppliers.

Stainless-steel fabrication is part of the same capability: the shaping and bending of stainless sheet metal into a full range of sections and complex hollow shapes, worked with everything from advanced tooling to simple handheld tools.
