CNC press-brake bending machines are refined sheet benders built for productivity and repeatability. They form precision parts for a wide range of applications across automotive, chemical and furniture industries, as well as shipbuilding, railways and allied sectors — highly automated and efficient, with the dimensional accuracy and design flexibility that demanding components need.
Our team of CNC bending operators and programmers watches quality and material on every job. The machines run a table speed of 1.3× and back-gauge speed of 3×, driven by up-to-date software with easy programming, a direct angle mode, bend-deduction calculation and note functions. Height tools, part supporters and on-screen bend simulation with collision detection mean less scrap, lower cost and faster cycles — which turns into quicker deliveries.
Our press brakes offer 150 tons of capacity and a 3-metre ram length, bending sheet steel up to 10 mm thick. Part accuracy comes down to operator skill, so we train our operators from the outset and run regular in-house sessions on new techniques and tooling to keep productivity climbing.
